In order to be eligible for bfound’s Be Smart referral campaign, you must refer to bfound a new customer that does not already subscribe for our services. Your referral (or a person authorized to act on behalf of your referral in the case of businesses) will need to follow the link provided to consent to be contacted by us. There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can make. If you refer to us a business, your referral must include the contact details of a senior decision maker at the business, who is authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the business, in order to be eligible for the reward.
You are eligible to receive the reward of AED 500 only once the following criteria are satisfied: (a) your referral signs a customer contract with bfound for a new subscription; and (b) the subscription fees are paid by your referral according to the terms of such contract.
Once these criteria have been met, bfound will contact you for your bank details. All rewards will be paid by wire transfer to your UAE bank account, as designated by you, within 10 business days of the date on which your referral’s payment is received by bfound. You bear the sole responsibility for any fees associated with such transfer. This bank account must be in your name or jointly in the names of you and your spouse.
The digital referral program is ongoing until further notice by bfound. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the program at any time. If you have made a referral prior to termination of the program that results in a new customer to bfound within 10 business days following termination of the program, you will still be eligible for the referral fee as provided in these terms and conditions. Any customer contracts concluded with your referral after such 10-day period will not be eligible for the referral fee. We will not accept any new referrals once the program has been terminated.
This offer is not extended to bfound staff directly or indirectly. If we have reason to believe you are working in partnership with bfound staff with respect to the reward program we have the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to issue referral rewards to you.
All offers are made available on a best-efforts basis and at the sole discretion of bound. Neither bfound nor its affiliates makes any warranties or guarantees with respect to the program. In no event shall bfound, any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this offer. All of our services are offered pursuant to our online terms and conditions, our customer contract and applicable law.
By inquiring about our services, offers or products, you will be authorizing our representatives to approach you and the referrals you have made at the contact details you provided including telephone numbers and email. If the contact details that you provided are not accurate, you will not be eligible for any reward with respect to such referral.
This program is only open to persons 18 years and older.
Bfound reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
