Adriatic Kitchens has for the past 14 years become a frontrunner in wooden & aluminum kitchen cabinets, built in wardrobes and dressing rooms in UAE. However, they were struggling with the increasing competition in the market online.

They wanted to go from good to great as well as secure their position in the market. The business had a small steady flow of satisfied customers that kept coming in through word-of-mouth and traditional promotion channels, but the phone was not ringing off the hook and the sales funnel was not filled to maximum capacity. The company was tired of using traditional promotional activities that were essentially unquantifiable in their ROI.

The Objective

bfound worked with Adriatic Kitchens to generate convertible online brand awareness and sales-qualified leads, using digital visibility solutions built around paid search campaigns. The objective was to effectively deliver quality monthly traffic while maintaining a healthy conversion rate.

Implementation, Execution & Tactics

To be able to cater to the various product categories within their business, we built a granular campaign whereby each product category had its own target keywords and ad copies highlighting their main Unique Selling Points (USPs). This not only improved our quality score and relevance across the different campaigns but also made it much more effective for us in terms of campaign management and analysis.

Traffic from these ads was sent to an optimized landing page that we have specifically built to generate leads from the Google campaigns.

Results

  • The campaign was delivering close to 600 clicks per month on average with a click-through rate of around 5%.
  • The campaign maintained a healthy average conversion rate of around 6%.
  • On average Adriatic Kitchens was getting 1-2 calls per day.
